Harara Hagakure (葉隠 散) is the older brother of Kakugo Hagakure and main antagonist of the Apocalypse Zero Manga and OVA. Both he and his brother received their own Fortified Armor Shells, and given the task of protecting innocent civilians. However, Harara succumbs to the evil within Kasumi armor.
In the OVA, Harara's Japanese voice actor was Megumi Ogata, and was voiced by Mona Marshall in the English dub.
